"I had an amazing first-time home-buying experience with Keith! I knew very little about the home-buying process but he kept me informed every step of the way. I also was not super familiar with St Pete so it was great to have his recommendations on neighborhoods while I was looking, not to mention his local network of connections! I was able to pretty much sit back and relax knowing that Keith had a professional he'd connect me with for everything- from lending to insurance, utilities, plumbing, flooring you name it. What I loved about working with Keith is that he always kept it real, was transparent about any minor bumps in the process, and remained optimistic. Also super responsive and works very quickly. We had our first convo in Dec 2022- right before the holidays- he showed me 10+ properties the day before and after Christmas since that was what worked best for my schedule. Right before the new year, I'm under contract with a Feb 3rd closing date. Despite inevitable hiccups in inspections and minor delays from lending, we closed and moved in on time.
